UQ Hong Kong Students' Association (UQHKSA)

Welcome to UQHKSA!

UQHKSA, established in 1956, is a student-run community organisation. Since establishment, we have devoted to promoting the Hong Kong culture in Brisbane and providing our members memorable activities and opportunities to meet new people and expand their social circles. With the support from the UQ Union, we have successfully provided the most fulfilling club events to both our members and other participants from all around the world.

Though we take pride in our identity as Hong Kong students studying at UQ, we welcome students from all backgrounds. Whether you are an extrovert or an introvert, UQHKSA is the perfect place for you!

UQU acknowledges the Turrbal and Yugara as the First Nations owners of the lands where UQU now stands. We pay respect to the Elders past and present, and to emerging leaders, for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across the nation. We recognise that these lands have always been places of teaching, research and learning. UQU acknowledges the important role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people play within the community.
