University of Queensland Korean Medical Society is a small organisation that aims to provide and support opportunities for our fellow students to improve academically and skills in a safe environment, to network those across various years within MD and the community, and to socialise and meet new peers in small groups.
We welcome members of all backgrounds, especially those of Korean background and those interested in Korean culture including UQ alumni and staff members. However, many of our events are held in a mix of English and Korean so please keep this in mind when joining.
The society holds events such as social outings, informative talks, clinical coaching tutorials and inter-grade study sessions. The majority of our announcements throughout the year will be through Facebook so make sure to join the group if you’re interested!
