Ever wanted to try surfing? Or already a pro? Looking for a place to relax, to have fun and to make new friends? From total beginner to expert, as long as you are keen to get heaps of vitamin SEA this club is for you! At UQ Surfers our goal is to enhance people’s interest in surfing and the ocean.Whether you’re already a skilled surfer,simply keen to discover and learn surfing or just happy to tag along on a beach trip, this club will help you to find surf/beach buddies, learn about surfing and regularly meet up with your new friends for some well deserved beers! What are you waiting for? Everybody knows life’s better on a board, so join us!
Intermediate to Advanced Surfer?
We have weekend trips away to places such as Byron, Straddie and Yamba. We also take part in organising car pool day trips (swell permitting).
Never Surfed Before?
All good! We have learn to surf events down on the Gold Coast for beginners!
