We are the University of Queensland’s Yoga and Meditation Club. We are a friendly community dedicated to positivity, mindfulness, wellness and making the most of your university life. We provide weekly yoga/meditation sessions at UQ St Lucia campus, open to all UQ and Non-UQ students. Our sessions are for everyone, experienced yogis and first timers alike.
I have never done yoga before, is this a problem?
Not all! Our classes are taught by qualified teachers who run their sessions to include experienced yogis as well as beginners. Everyone is welcome!
Do you provide yoga mats?
We do have a limited number of mats that we lend out each session, however we recommend that you bring your own mat (or even towel).
When are the sessions?
We try our best to hold at least one session per weekday. Your semester membership (only $5) will gain you access to ALL of our sessions as well as our exciting events and exclusive discounts with our sponsors.
