The VTA is the student association representing all students studying either Veterinary Technology or a dual degree of Veterinary Technology & Agribusiness at UQ Gatton Campus.
Our aim is to assist students during their time at university and provide opportunities for members to continue their professional development outside of the classroom.
We run/host many different events throughout the year to enable students to build on their knowledge and skills, network with current industry representatives and improve their professional skills/presentation and socialize with their friends to encourage a positive work-life balance.
Finally, the VTA also centrally organizes and distributes essential equipment for students to use during practical sessions and while on work placement in veterinary clinics and other animal related industries.

If you missed the nominated collection days your items will be held at Vet Reception (8114).
How do I find information about a certain course/program?
The VTA is not handle any questions related to subjects, courses or programs. Please contact Student Services or the Course Coordinator.
