Mindfulness & Exam Stress Workshop

With exams just around the corner, stress levels can be high, and focus and attention to the present moment can become more difficult.
Join the UQ Union Women’s Collective and Alana Brekelmans for a short mindfulness workshop. Learn about different techniques to manage stress and anxiety, providing tools for practicing mindfulness in everyday life, and looking at how to maintain a balanced approach to study and exams.
