Halo semua! My name is Sandra Fadia Haya (she/her), you guys can call me Sandra, and I’m your International Students Officer. I’m in my 3rd year of studying a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Film & TV studies here in Brisbane; however, I’ve flown far away to Australia very much closely from Indonesia.
As your International Students Officer, I represent all international students from across St Lucia, Herston, Gatton, PACE, Brisbane City, Long Pocket and all campuses of UQ. I will advocate for more cultural events, support students’ well-being and mental health, as well as extend to assist you through your university life.
As part of the people who are far away from home, I am really excited to develop a secure, comfy, and well-built community of what we have planned for you in 2023.
