The APS Postgrad Emergency Bursary was established to offer support to postgraduate students experiencing financial hardship during their studies at UQ to assist with non-study related expenses.

To apply for a APS Postgrad Emergency Bursary you must:
- Be a current enrolled UQ student in a doctoral, masters, graduate certificate or graduate diploma program
- Be experiencing extenuating circumstances that will impact your ability to finish the semester or study quarter. This may include, but is not limited to, the following: reduced working hours due to research obligations, end or reduction of scholarship, unforeseen disruptions to study.
- Provide evidence to substantiate your claim that you are or will experience financial hardship
- Not have applied for another UQU bursary within the same year.
