What a year 2020 has been. For many, this year has been their most challenging year to date. This is particularly the case for students, who, as a demographic, have been some of the worst affected by the pandemic.

2020 has seen students faced with many challenges due to unprecedented changes to the university landscape. During this time, your UQ Union and Student Executives have been working harder than ever to deliver accessible support and services for all UQ students during the COVID-19 pandemic.
UQ Union would like to acknowledge the death of George Floyd as one of the many murders of African Americans by police. The Office Bearers and councillors of the Union stand in solidarity with the protesters all around the world and their continued fight for freedom from racial discrimination and police brutality.
